These terms apply to coverage booked through this website.

Quotes and estimates

Figures produced by the quote builder are indicative. They come from our standard rate card and do not account for travel, stay, permissions or venue restrictions. A firm quote is issued in writing once we have confirmed your dates.

A quote ID is valid for 15 days from the day it is generated.

Booking and payment

• A date is held only once the advance is received — 50% of the quoted total.
• The balance is payable before final delivery of files.
• All figures are exclusive of GST, charged at 18% as applicable.
• Travel and accommodation outside Hyderabad are billed at actuals unless included in writing.

Cancellation

• The advance is non-refundable, as the date is turned away from other couples once held.
• A date may be moved once without penalty if we are free on the new date and are told at least 60 days ahead.

Delivery

• Teasers: within 72 hours of the event, where included.
• Edited photographs and highlight films: 45–60 working days.
• Long films and albums: 60–90 working days.

Copyright and usage

Copyright in the photographs and films remains with Vadhuvara Wedding Films. You receive a perpetual licence to use them for personal purposes.
