This policy explains what Vadhuvara Wedding Films does with the information you give us through this website.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and, if you share it, your email address.
- Your event type, dates, venue or city, indicative budget and any comments.
- The selections you make in the quote builder, saved against a quote ID so you can return to them.
- The date, time and IP address of the submission, kept for spam prevention.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and check whether your dates are available.
- To prepare and send a quote, and to keep a record of what was quoted.
- To contact you about your booking by WhatsApp, phone or email — the channels you consented to.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone not working on your wedding.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 24 months. Booking records and invoices are kept as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require.
Your photographs and films
We may show work from your wedding in our portfolio and on social media. If you would rather we did not, tell us in writing at any time.
